well-organised and generous-sized rooms with a lovely view, double beds, for example, great pool. competent staff team at reception desk. the good and stunning location for the price, close enough to stores and all types of restaurants, the gift shop for a shirt to bring back to the wife, and museum, peco park, shopping, marina, activities, restaurants, night clubs. also, close to the downtown where we can walk there very easily.

No parking space at all.

Exceeded expectations in many ways. Self-parking was straightforward, though costly, as expected in a bustling downtown location. The lobby? Stunning. Our 27th-floor room offered breathtaking bay views—waking and sleeping with blinds open was a treat. Breakfast had great variety, but be prepared to indulge; it’s not cheap. The pool area impressed, thanks to attentive service from Caleb. Walking to Petco Park and the Gaslamp Quarter was convenient. the elevator system needs work. Long waits, especially during busy weekends. Room maintenance showed wear—cracked sink, peeling mirror. Value for money at $600 per night was questionable. Attention to detail could elevate this experience significantly. A solid stay, with room for improvement.

Great location with friendly service

The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego offers an excellent location, just a short walk from downtown attractions. The check-in was quick, and the staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming.

It was an imposing hotel, nothing too much trouble, would recomand. My breakfast was on the 40th floor. They gave me non-smoking and airy room with extra blankets, view over the pool plus safe.

Prime location near Seaport Village and downtown highlights. Gorgeous bay views and great breakfast; even my picky husband was satisfied. Staff were mostly attentive, but a room reservation mix-up was frustrating. The maintenance issue with exposed electrical outlets was concerning, and the handling of my child’s injury felt inadequate. Cleanliness left much to be desired, with a dirty bathroom and carpets that were far from inviting. The pool area could also use a bit more care. The positives were overshadowed by some significant missteps, making it hard to fully recommend.

Excellent location to the Bay and downtown San Diego. Hotel was beautiful and the spa, pool and gym were great.

The restaurants onsite were not very good, especially the sports bar. For a Hyatt, I was absolutely amazed how bad and expensive the Internet service was. If you need Internet for emails, Facebook, Skype or anything to stay connected then you may need to look elsewhere

The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. the connecting door to the next room allowed for unwanted noise from neighbors, disrupting privacy. The room felt slightly worn, and I noticed a lingering smell of smoke. A lack of a dedicated changing area in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially with kids. Service was hit-or-miss, and the delayed response for amenities left room for improvement.
